They couldn't accept my dual-currency credit card, and they didn't inform me in advance. This delayed my trip and caused various troubles and expenses. Up to now, they haven't refunded my prepaid deposit. I have suffered significant losses, and the issue has yet to be resolved properly! Emails to customer service have gone unanswered!
The experience was great, the car was in good condition, and driving in Turkey was very enjoyable. However, the pickup location was hard to find as the Google Maps location was incorrect.
