The attitude was average, they kept trying to get me to upgrade the car. I suspect the car I reserved wasn’t available. In contrast, big companies like Enterprise would directly upgrade the customer.

One staff member on my two rentals was excellent, but the other who tried to sell insurance and failed was quite unhappy, so it really depends on the person. Still better than Dollar.
