Literally said it's a brand new car, totally clean and pretty ready. The counter staff was very helpful. Less than 10 min through the process of documentation and car inspection with informative guidance. Should be better if Europcar manages to have the signs within the arrival hall to the counter.

You need to walk from the international to the domestic terminal at the airport, then walk out to the parking lot. The pickup area is outside without any signs. I had to ask several times to find it.

I got upgrade car from Altis to CHR because the cars in stock was run out,and I love it.Everything was great.The counter is outside the airport,in the car park but they will have inside terminal soon.

Better​ to​ have​ more​ option to​ anyone​ who​ didnt​ hold​ the​ Credit​ card​ and​ allow​ to​ deposit​ by​ cash. Staff upon​ pick​ up​ car​ was​ very​ nice​ and​ helpful. Thump​ up​ for​ him.​
