Turkey: Antalya-Fethiye-Izmir Car Return

We selected a Fiat but received an old model Renault. The service staff informed us that the class was the same, but it clearly felt much older. At least it was a sedan, however, we found that one of the low beam headlights wasn't working, making driving at night very unsafe.

The car rental company made unapproved charges! They didn't mention it upfront but deducted the amount later. It was unexpected! The wrongful deductions and subsequent refunds incurred unnecessary exchange rate losses for the consumer. Until now, I haven't received a reasonable explanation!

As a priority member, the air conditioning was already on when picking up the car. Excellent service.

The rental company staff were very friendly. No staff available before 7am for car return.
