Communication in Chinese was smooth, and there were no extra insurance sales pitches. However, they charged over 90 for tolls, and the handling fee was surprisingly high at over 70, which seems quite excessive. Plus, I have no recollection of driving on any toll roads.

The contract has hidden clauses and charges high service fees. They secretly deduct from the pre-authorization after returning the car. This is a very dishonest car rental company.

The car was quite old and made odd noises when braking. Terrible customer service. Tried calling three different numbers for Aucar for pickup from the airport for, which none were answered for 15min. Organised out of hours car drop off, but no one was waiting for us when we arrived.
