It was very convenient to pick up and drop off the car at different locations, and the service was excellent.

First time I tried it and found it amazing, easy and most important thing is accuracy of information

Issues with pick up we waited a long time to get the car in line then was embarrassed because they wanted two credit cards which I did not travel with two and additional money which I was NOT expecting!!! Ultimately charged much more than quoted upfront despite following rules returning vehicle is new condition with a full tank of gas!

The wait at the Budget line at JFK was HORRENDOUSLY long. I arrived only ti find the longest queue was for Budget. I stood in line from 10.30am until 12.30 noon before i was able to get to the counter. The lady who served me mumbled away for most of the time and would walk away from the counter from time to time. It was a shoddy experience. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS.
