Long queue time. The original Ford wasn't available at pickup, so I paid an extra $4 for a Nissan. They also tried to upsell insurance. Due to language barriers, I ended up purchasing an additional $16 insurance policy, although I had already bought one. I never received the insurance document and couldn’t understand much of it.

Labor is expensive in the US. There's staff at the car rental registration, and the rental agency has many counters. You can handle the process as soon as you arrive. Booked a Toyota RAV4, but got a very new Hyundai Tucson with only 29,000 km! Quite satisfied.

Very bad. They said I had insurance and didn't need to check the car when picking up. But when inspecting, they insisted the front bumper was loose and blamed it on me. 1. There were no scratches. 2. There was no collision. They still wanted to charge me. Negative score for the LA International Airport branch.

The rental company's service efficiency is very high. The car model was the same as what we booked, the car was relatively new, and the fuel consumption was low. Especially when returning the car, the inspection was completed in just 2 minutes, demonstrating impressive efficiency. Very satisfied.
