The store is very deceptive with various hidden charges. Renters should be very cautious. It’s difficult to seek justice if problems arise later, as there are communication barriers and unclear explanations. They only ask for your signature without thoroughly explaining each charge. You realize the issue when returning the car, as they charge your credit card in numerous ways.
The first car that I was given had a couple of stain marks on the body of the car, so they changed it immediately which took about ten minutes. Excellent customer service. I will definitely hire a vehicle from Easyrentcars again. Thank you for the your survice.
Everything was good, except the condition of the car. The side mirror adjustment switch fell off as soon as we tried to used it and the shocks absorber make loud noise the whole trip.
