The location I booked was not the pickup location, and there was supposed to be a Chinese receptionist according to online reviews, but I didn't encounter one. However, the African American gentleman who assisted me was very patient and provided good service. Thumbs up.
Not bad, it would have been better if there was Chinese language support.
