After complaining to the manager, the receipt was corrected. The manager said we would be refunded, but since it was a credit card authorization, we have to wait for the billing cycle to know if we were really refunded.

When we arrived at the store, there were no cars available in the group we had booked. Without asking, they upgraded us to a different model that was in a higher category, and the price doubled. After negotiating, they finally compromised, and we had to choose a model that cost twice as much. They said it was the cheapest model they had available, and there were no other options. Our original estimated cost was $300, but it ended up being over $540. If we hadn't negotiated, the quote they initially gave us was $750, which was really frustrating.
