They charged a 4205 RMB deposit and only refunded 961 RMB. When returning the car, they said everything was fine. However, after we got back home, they only refunded a bit over 900 RMB. When we called, they claimed there was damage to the car, which is not true since we had no incidents during the rental period. They also forced us to buy a 3000 RMB insurance at the counter. This company is definitely a scam. I do not recommend renting from them.

As expected, highly recommend full insurance, but it can be declined. Had a flat tire during the trip, and the company refused to provide any assistance.
