The car pickup experience was very poor. We were assisted by a Chinese staff member who made us wait at the airport for a long time. When handling the paperwork, they tried to upsell storm insurance and gravel insurance, which I declined. They did not accompany us to inspect the car comprehensively; they just handed us the keys and let us go. The car return experience was better and quite efficient.

Satisfied. Just a phone call upon arrival at the airport, and they came to pick us up. Reykjavik Airport is very small, so it's easy to get picked up.
