I booked a specified Audi A5 convertible but got a Fiat 500, the cheapest economy car. They didn't allow any upgrade or car change on the spot. Ridiculous. When I called QEEQ, they confirmed it was supposed to be an A5 convertible. Whether it's QEEQ's or Hertz's mistake, it's extremely annoying and frustrating.
They withheld a full tank deposit when picking up the car, but I didn't get it back when I returned the car. Self-service return was convenient, but the next morning I was told there was damage to the car. The local store couldn't resolve it; I had to wait for the platform's customer service to communicate with me.
Due to communication issues between Zuzuche and Hertz, I didn't get the car at all. I waited for two hours and had to rent a manual vehicle from Europcar at a higher cost. Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Hertz and Zuzuche!
