Chinese driver's licenses must be accompanied by a notarized Italian translation from the Chinese Embassy in Italy to rent a car. This requirement was not clearly stated, causing inconvenience.
The overall experience was unpleasant due to the car return issue. There was no one to assist, and the map couldn't accurately locate the return spot. When I tried to hand over the car to the person who gave it to me, they refused to accept it and were very inflexible. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
The check-in was fast and efficient, much better than with other car rental companies. Car was almost new and clean, although a bit smaller than anticipated (a Fiat Tipo instead of a wolkswagen Touran). Checkout very fast and efficient.
