The store is easy to find and the staff are friendly. The car was clean and satisfactory, but the provided vehicle did not match the reservation and there was no explanation for it.
Renting from AVIS in Germany was straightforward. They didn’t ask for a notarized driver’s license, and the car was in excellent condition, with only 1600 KM on it. I'm satisfied with the service.
The staff was friendly and only asked if I wanted additional insurance, with no hidden charges. The car had only 8000 kilometers on it, and I picked it up through a self-service process after completing the paperwork. When returning the car, the elderly staff just took the car and said I could leave, mentioning they would inspect it and contact the credit card holder if there were any issues. I wonder if there will be any charges? Haha, I didn't go back to the office to ask. Hopefully not, I drove very carefully. ^_^
