SCAM ARTISTS

We feel that we were scammed because they lied and forced you to buy their insurance and forced you to buy the Sunpass if you didn’t have $300,000 in property damage they made you purchase their insurance and it does not say anywhere about that until you get to their counter I will never rent from this place again . We would definitely like a refund !!!

The service guy Oswaldo was rude impoliteband unprofessional.mHentold me and my family to bet out of the premisces and that he would not rent us a car... the reason: i refused his proposal for additionnal upinsurance cover. I had proof of sufficient coverage by my insurance company from Canada for the amount of $2 million and still it was not enough. It was written on my resrvation : bring proof of insurance... which i did. Never ever again. This is a hoax and a extremely unreliable company... as they kept my money, without giving me any service, i should call this an act of robbery...

We should have been told about the need to purchase the SunPass and the fact that it was an outrageous $13/day when most tolls were under $1.50

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again
