The service guy Oswaldo was rude impoliteband unprofessional.mHentold me and my family to bet out of the premisces and that he would not rent us a car... the reason: i refused his proposal for additionnal upinsurance cover. I had proof of sufficient coverage by my insurance company from Canada for the amount of $2 million and still it was not enough. It was written on my resrvation : bring proof of insurance... which i did. Never ever again. This is a hoax and a extremely unreliable company... as they kept my money, without giving me any service, i should call this an act of robbery...

Right cars is an awful company. They forced me to purchase liability insurance and then didn't actually let me use it when there was a situation where a lady next to my rental car claimed that the passenger side door hit her car. There was no damage to the passenger side door, at all, but the lady was awful and Right Cars' customer service was the PITS! Finding the drop off location was a nightmare and having someone help was bad, too.

“This is an scam!! The worst experience we had.”

This is an scam!!! You end paying much more than the amount quoted. Insurance policy is the worst. They force you to buy their insurance even when you do not need it. And you can not cancel your reservation because they refuse to do it there and their automated system goes over and over to the selection option. Cancel your reservation is impossible. Do not rent cars with this company, they are liars. And they don't give you the car you selected even when you have paid more than standard.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
