The staff had a normal attitude when picking up the car at the airport. When we returned to the repair department due to a minor accident, the staff did not smile at all.
Truly the top car rental brand. Great service, new cars, and clearly marked return points. The front desk staff are very friendly. Despite my poor English, they were patient in assisting with communication difficulties. Highly recommended, especially Hertz.
I was expecting a Tesla as i specifically booked for a Tesla, but i do understand that it stated others as well so a Polestar wasnt a dissapointment at all.
