Very happy! Service was excellent, and picking up and returning the car was easy. Last year in the USA, the rental car company forced me to rent a GPS and downgraded my car to push their insurance, making me wait from 11 PM to 4 AM. In Australia, this rental company provided great service, upgraded my car when my booked model wasn't available, and didn't pressure me to buy insurance. I will definitely rent from this company for future international trips and recommend my driving friends to do the same.
The staff's attitude was indifferent, and they looked at customers with a sideways glance, clearly showing discrimination against Chinese people. They charged a $300 deposit when I paid with a card, but only returned $200 when I came back. Additionally, there was an unexplained $20 charge, which the bank confirmed was deducted by the rental company.
I picked up the car in Sydney. The rental office was inside the airport, and it was very convenient to find right after getting off the plane. The process was quick, and the service was excellent.
