Never choose small companies. The incompetent staff claimed my Korean driver's license and international driver's license number didn't match, causing me to spend extra money to take a taxi to the train station to get a car from Avis without any problem. My Italian friend called to resolve it, but they ignored the call and didn't respond to complaint emails.

The claim service is relatively slow.

The process and vehicle usage were smooth with no issues.

The store was relatively easy to find. We arrived early, but they open at 8 am, so we had breakfast at the airport. Overall, it was okay. They recommended various insurance options, but if you bought full insurance with QEEQ, you don’t need extra.

Welcoming and friendly customer care, both at car collection and return. Good value for money.

Happy about the change in price, which made me save about 10$ after the booking.
