I suggest renters to definitely check the vehicle's condition. I couldn't imagine renting a car with severe scratches on the rims on my first try. They changed the car after my complaint. I felt very unsafe.
The lady at the store was very nice and provided good service. Overall, I am quite satisfied. Actually, all foreign car rental companies are pretty much the same, so you can rest assured.
Dollar have a high toll charge in comparison with other companies. That is not taken in account at the time of reservation
