I originally booked a manual transmission car, but was upgraded to an automatic at pickup. The car was in great condition, a new car with only 20,000 kilometers, and even had adaptive cruise control.
Do not rent from this company, it's extremely risky! My experience was that despite booking the car a month in advance and paying a deposit, they claimed there was an error with the ZuZuCar order and did not reserve the car for us, wasting an entire day. Up to now, there has been no apology.
