It felt dubious at first, with such a big company having an office there, but it's legitimate. The staff were very thorough, and the car was parked in a nearby lot. Returning the car at Zagreb Airport was convenient. The inspection staff were extremely keen, quickly spotting any scratches and setting the compensation price, which felt like a money grab. However, the process was efficient and the staff were polite.
