The car pickup and return processes were convenient and fast. The staff carefully pointed out existing flaws when handing over the car. The return was very quick and not inspected in front of us, but after returning to our country, we received an email stating there were scratches and charged 240 euros. Fortunately, we had insurance, so there was no personal loss.

Although the waiting time was nearly an hour, it was mostly due to incomplete preparation of documents and language barriers. Foreigners are very organized and punctual; they won't serve you before the appointed time. Also, their flexibility can't be assessed by domestic standards. Completing a single transaction generally takes about half an hour; mine took roughly 18 minutes. The lady who served me was very friendly.

The staff at the outdoor pick-up location seemed a bit inattentive. During my first pick-up, they forgot to give me the vehicle registration. When I returned to the airport, they claimed I lost it and asked me to pay a 186 euro fee for the loss. As it was impossible to determine who was at fault, I had to pay the fee. They then gave me a replacement car and claimed they had already given me the keys, but later I found out the keys were still with the same staff member. Overall, the staff at the pick-up location were subpar, making it an unpleasant car rental experience.

This time we got new four-wheel drive cars, and there were no stringent fees upon return compared to previous experiences. Overall, very satisfied.

Picked up the car at 22:50, which was after working hours (they close at 22:00). The staff seemed a bit indifferent as they were thinking about leaving, and there were some language barriers, but it didn't delay the car pickup.
