The service attitude is extremely poor. They get upset if you don't purchase additional services, give you a cold attitude, and speak so softly it's hard to hear. They also don't repeat what they say. Very bad experience!

A lot of car models to choose from, even the compact series had regular sedans. I chose a Ford. It had a backup camera and other features. Very nice.

After all, it is a big company, very professional, and the efficiency of car rental and return is very high. In the US, renting and returning cars is convenient and fast. The staff suggested insurance but respected the customers' choice.
