After returning, customer service asked for a recording and a handwritten statement. I've lived in Europe for almost ten years and believe that a promise is a promise, but I got cheated this time.

Very fast service, no issues

I clearly stated before departure that I needed to cross into Albania, but Hertz did not respond that it was not allowed. I was only informed on the day of pickup, which seriously affected my trip.

Pick up the car yourself from the parking lot and inspect it yourself. Just take a video. The return inspection took 2 minutes without any fuss.

Very dissatisfied with the arbitrary vehicle switch. I paid for a mid-size car but ended up with a compact one at the store.
