The so-called basic insurance they offer is their own, I thought it was from the rental platform. Also, regardless of how much fuel you return, they charge a $40 fuel fee, even though filling up the tank didn't cost us $40. It's really unfair. The only advantage is the car was decent, but any company should have good cars.
