The service was very poor. They intentionally required the car to be as clean at return as it was at pickup, and demanded a cleaning fee. I will never use this lousy rental company again.

Very, very poor. Given the wrong car pick-up location and vehicle, had to queue at the counter again. Clearly supposed to get a full tank of gas, but intentionally given only half a tank and charged for a full tank.

The price at the rental counter differed from my reservation price. Although I had fully prepaid, the rental company showed that I still owed over $150. After contacting the rental company and the customer service of the rental platform, they finally corrected the price, but I had to spend an hour at the counter to complete the rental process.
