I received a call from the store while passing through customs. Since it took longer than expected to get through, the staff parked the car at the airport parking lot for me. While returning the car, I went to the store outside the airport, and the staff drove us to the airport for our flight home. Since I had bought QEEQ's Super Insurance, there was no need for any checks during pickup and drop-off as long as the tank was full. There are plenty of gas stations around the airport, so don't worry about not finding any.

Extremely satisfied. Since we arrived early, the company arranged a dedicated person to deliver the car. They were very patient on the phone. Thank you for the great service!

Quick car pick-up

No queue, but there were no signs of the rental company in the parking lot.

I did not receive the refund for the taxi from/to airport as communicated via email and by the counter employee.
