Constant upselling of full insurance, fuel service, etc. Renting a baby seat on-site was 30% more expensive than the app estimate. No Chinese service. Instructions to take the shuttle bus to the rental point were unclear and difficult to find.

The rental company is not at the airport and requires a shuttle bus. My son accidentally left his phone on the shuttle, but the rental company's staff found it and kept it safe. Very grateful!

The staff at the counter on pick up were lovely and so helpful. We had trouble working the GPS so they came out and tried a new cord but we still couldn't get it to go so they came out again and showed us a few things on it to make it easier.
