When we went to rent a car, there was almost no waiting time. Although our English was not very good and communication was a bit slow, the lady who assisted us was patient and very helpful.

Europcar rental company is average. It's a big company with average service. After completing the formalities, they just hand you the key and you find the car yourself. But the car condition is good, very new and well-maintained. They are quite enthusiastic when you return the car.

Initially received a car that seemed to have some accident damage but they changed it. Struggled to locate the pick up but when we found it the staff were helpful.

Waited too long in line to get the car. Return was quick and easy.
