The service process was very organized. There was hardly any queue. The rental company recommended the EZPass in-state toll package, but it turned out to be unnecessary. We didn't travel that much, and part of it was out-of-state tolls not covered by the package. If you don't choose this package, you might actually spend less.
They overcharge. I want to file a complaint.
I initially booked a smaller car, upgraded to a larger one for 10 days, but was charged 13 days of upgrade fees. Also, I forgot to refuel when returning the car and was charged for two full tanks of gas.
Like: Fast friendly service Dislike: That I bought insurance when I didn’t need it, the extra money I didn’t have to spend. Left my sunglasses in the car, hopefully able to get them back?
