Rented the car for 6 days and was inexplicably charged over 420 euros! The Naples store supposedly operated until 11 PM, but they stopped accepting car returns before 9 PM. I handed over the keys without any receipt or explanation, only verbal confirmation that everything was okay. The next morning, I received a bank message indicating a charge of 269 euros. Including the deposit, a total of over 420 euros was taken! Unbelievable! Do not rent from this company. I'm not a novice; I've driven over 7-8,000 kilometers in Europe, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this!! It's ridiculous. I strongly advise everyone driving in southern Italy to get full insurance! It's very important. The drivers there are crazy!

Had a reservation, but no car was available upon arrival, told to resolve it myself. Extremely irresponsible, I recommend not using QEEQ.

Renting a car in Italy with Avis comes with unknown fines. There were also some issues when picking up the car. Every time I returned the car, there were additional fees, and quite a few of them. They never gave me the car I wanted; it was always something similar, but not what I asked for. Overall, not a great impression. I definitely won't rent from them again, at least not in Italy.

The company charged two pre-authorizations. The first one was explained, but the second one wasn't clarified at all.

After paying more to get a nice car it, Would have been nice to get the car we were expecting. The alternative was nice but it wasn't an Audi.
