I personally recommend buying the full insurance from the rental service. My deposit has still not been refunded even though the order is completed.

This EUROPCAR company is extremely terrible. On the Zuzuche platform, it indicated that our credit card would be accepted, but when we arrived at the store, they did not acknowledge it and said that Zuzuche platform had nothing to do with them. As a result, they didn't give us the car, refused to cancel the order, and denied a refund, wasting us thousands of yuan.

Additionally, although I had already paid for various insurances online, the foreign store ignored them and charged me again. Their attitude was extremely bad.
