When picking up the car, we noticed a lot of scratches and dents that were not recorded on the check-in sheet. We asked the staff to note down four spots, but they missed one. When we returned the car at the airport, they insisted it was our fault and made us go to the counter for processing. We were in a rush to catch our flight, which made it extremely inconvenient. Such tricks!
We were given a car with over 30,000 kilometers on it, and both the front and rear bumpers had scratches. There was no staff who spoke Chinese, which made communication a bit difficult given our average English skills. However, their attitude was alright. When returning the car, there was a scratch, but since we had full insurance, it was OK after showing it to the store staff.
The car pickup was relatively smooth. I want to mention two things: they gave me a Qashqai instead of the X-TRAIL I booked, but I let it go. Also, the front tire was underinflated; the staff didn't check it properly.
