Overall, the experience is very good. I have rented from Europcar many times, especially appreciating their 24/7 online customer service on the official website. This is very convenient.
Rented a car from this company and there were small scratches on the door. Since we had full insurance with no deductible, there should have been no charges. However, this company unauthorizedly charged my card. When we returned the car, no one inspected it. After we got back to China, they claimed there were some scratches and asked me to pay for it, even though we had full insurance. ZUZUCAR said they would negotiate with EUROPCAR, and there should be no additional fees. But on October 31, EUROPCAR charged 550.00 AUD to my credit card without my card or my permission! Such a garbage company.
Great experience with free Upgrade and friendly efficient staff with car pickup and simple key drop off in box at counter ! Highly recommended !
Perfect companion car fir our 3 day tripping experience around Hobart and surrounds and some of the Tasmanian east coast !
We were given an upgrade and the staff could not have been better. There was quite long queue but the staff soon dealt with it. We were asked if we minded waiting a few minutes extra while they finished valeting the upgrade and we were kept updated thro out. Excellent service overall. Will use Europcar again without hesitation .
