Only electronic signatures, no paper records. I bought full insurance from the rental car company through Zuzuche. However, the rental car company still asked me to purchase additional insurance, which I didn't quite understand and ended up signing for. Consequently, I was charged an extra one thousand dollars for insurance. Zuzuche later translated the insurance names for me. I don't understand Chinese terms very well, let alone French.

I had booked an MG ZS gasoline SUV, but was given a DS4 hybrid car. It has two engines with no explanation of how the hybrid system works, which resulted in extremely high fuel consumption. Additionally, the car had less than 20,000 kilometers on it, but halfway through driving, the ARG system issued a maintenance warning, and navigation directed me to a repair shop. This made me, as the driver, very anxious, especially on the highway, creating serious safety concerns and affecting the quality of the trip. For safety reasons, I only traveled on toll roads and avoided smaller roads, which significantly increased my expenses. Their store's phone was always unreachable, so I had to contact them through the rental platform, which made the overall experience uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.
