1. I had reserved a RAV4, but they called me last minute saying they couldn't find the car and temporarily arranged another vehicle, which was a Volkswagen Atlas.
2. They said I would be charged for the fuel I needed, claiming it would be cheaper than outside, but in the end, they didn't actually refuel and charged me over 70 CAD despite the tank being half full.
Terrible staff, I repeatedly told them I didn't need insurance, but they still tricked me into buying it. The insurance cost was even higher than the car rental.
