They initially tried to force us to buy insurance, threatening not to give us the car if we refused. After contacting customer service at the rental company, they assured us there would be no additional charges. However, when processing the order, we were still forced to change the car model and pay an additional 120 euros. They also did not provide a paper copy during the confirmation, and the confirmation page did not include the fees, so we signed without realizing the additional charges.

Заказывали машину в для недельной поездки по Неаполю, брали у компании Budget непосредственно в аэропорту. И машиной и сервисом остались вполне довольны. Машина была с мелкими дефектами/царапинами, но никаких проблем при сдаче авто это не вызвало. Выдали автомобиль быстро. По ходу дела пытались, как сейчас заведено :), предложить ещё доп страховку (уточню, у нас сразу было оплачено полное каско), мы вежливо отказались, никто настаивать не пытался. Вернули авто чуть позже назначенного времени без каких либо проблем. Поэтому в целом остались довольны услугами компании budget и непосредственно сайта EasyRentCars!
