Not bad, both picking up and returning the car were quite convenient. Initially, they gave me a Dodge which was too big, but I easily swapped it for a Toyota Avalon at the counter.
Our flight did not match the booking time, requiring us to pick up the car a day earlier. Communication was difficult until we met a fellow countryman who was a supervisor in the hall. She enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue and provided excellent car usage suggestions. Unfortunately, we did not exchange contact information at the time, and we don't even know her name. Such a pity.
The staff had a good attitude, but many people rent from Budget, so the wait time for the paperwork was quite long.
