I booked a Budget car, but the pick-up store was inefficient. I waited in line for a long time on the first floor, only to be told that I could go directly to the second floor since all procedures were complete. However, when I got to the second floor, the staff asked me to go back to the first floor to handle it. After some argument, they eventually processed it on the second floor. It seemed like there was no communication between them, or the system notes were unclear. This was a very disappointing experience.
Had to change car on the second day, first car got a flat tire. Changed at another location without any problems other that Budget system update.
