Brand new car with only 3000 kilometers. Feels great!

The car is exceeded I expected. New car only one yr old. Car was excellent condation. The only I m not happy is the deposit for RM1500 is too much. They said only after 3wks will refunded back.

I m rectified with the Easyrentcars service and booking platform. Easy and fast.

I have been renting from Galaxy for few instances and previous trip I switch to another car rental thinking that most of the car rental are the same. Full of disappointment from other car rental providing bad car conditions (old and dirty). This trip I switch back to Galaxy Asia and through comparison you will realised the differences. I will continue with Galaxy Asia and hope they will continue with such good service and quality car.

I had to wait for more than half an hour to drop the car, nobody was picking up the call to come to collect the car, then I ran upto the counter to get someone to take the car and then we came back to inspect the car with the luggage and then again rush back to airport departure as i had wasted more than 30 mins for this process at the peak time when I had to catch the flight, at the time of drop try to understand the customer cannot invest time in these activities as he has to catch the flight.
