This is a terrible company with an extremely bad attitude. They even canceled our confirmed booking. When we arrived, they said they had no cars and didn't offer an upgrade. Terrible service!
The service was very poor. They claimed I had no contract with them and advised me to contact Zuzuche for any dissatisfaction. At midnight, the staff at the pickup location did not speak English, and there was no option but to take this car. This was the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had globally.
First, the address information provided by the platform was incorrect, and it took me two hours to find the location. Second, when returning the car, there was no one at the store. I had to contact the platform, take a video of the car's condition, and slide the keys through the glass door. It was so frustrating! Moreover, the two separate charges were not explained. Extremely poor service!
We booked a 4WD vehicle, but on the day we picked it up, they gave us a non-4WD Suzuki, insisting it was the same category. Why did we pay extra to reserve an SUV? Just look at some challenging Georgian mountain roads or do a bit of research and you'll know the reason, which resulted in us not being able to access many places. We had to rent another car to get around. The options provided don't allow for searching, forcing you to choose one that's not relevant.
I couldn't pick up the car. Budget said the voucher submitted by Zuzuche was invalid. I was shocked on the spot.
