Belgrade Airport branch. Arrived an hour late for an 8 AM pickup, but it wasn't an issue. The overall process was smooth. They offered me an upgrade from Polo to Golf twice for an additional fee. I politely declined, and they ended up offering a free upgrade, which I gladly accepted. When returning the car at 9 PM, the return window was closed, but there were staff available in the Europcar area of the parking lot to assist.
The car pickup and return processes were convenient and fast. The staff carefully pointed out existing flaws when handing over the car. The return was very quick and not inspected in front of us, but after returning to our country, we received an email stating there were scratches and charged 240 euros. Fortunately, we had insurance, so there was no personal loss.
