Couldn't fit the luggage, charged extra for a different car. Other rental companies offer free car changes.

Picked up the car at Brussels Airport, returned it at the South Station. Both locations are quite convenient. The staff during both pickup and drop-off were very friendly and efficient; the whole process took about twenty minutes. It's best to book early; we booked close to our departure date and the prices were much higher. Bought insurance on QEEQ; the store asked about it but did not push aggressively.

There were additional insurance fees. I asked at the counter during car rental and was told there were no additional fees. This time I didn't read the contract carefully and it turned out there were hidden fees that were not disclosed.

Great service! Very professional. Remember to check the car carefully when picking it up and take photos as evidence.
