Initially booked the car for pickup at Queenstown Airport on 12.13 and return at Christchurch Airport on 12.24. The service at Queenstown was excellent.
The Queenstown Airport location does offer continuous pickup shuttle service. They could be more flexible on allowing renters to pick up the car a few hours earlier than as booked though.
It wasn’t clear that the name of the car company was Apex. This causes confusion and we missed our pickup. It wasn’t clear that a pickup was needed at all from the booking. This caused distress as it was pouring when we arrived and had an infant with us.
