Due to a flight delay, I had already called QEEQ customer service and the local rental company in advance. In the end, we rushed and arrived 2 minutes after their closing time. They insisted on charging 100 MYR for a late fee, which was more expensive than the car rental itself. QEEQ customer service couldn't resolve this issue, so we didn't end up picking up the car. This car rental experience was very disappointing.

Pretty good, overall the pickup and return were smooth. Due to the language barrier, there wasn't much communication.

Pickup was fine, but I waited for almost an hour. However, they can come to a specified location to deliver the car. But they gave me a very small Toyota while I have a lot of luggage.

Easy to find the counter as it located in terminal. Speedy pick up and drop off process, less than 10 minutes. Book for honda city but upgraded to new Honda civic without additional charge. Car condition is new but abit dusty inside, overall good performance.
