Initially, I rented a Volvo XC60, but upon arriving at the store, they said the car was unavailable, and the entire model series was not available either. I was forced to downgrade to a lower-tier model, and they first gave me a Mazda CX-3. However, its trunk couldn't fit our luggage (2 large 28-inch suitcases and 2 small 20-inch ones). Later, we went back to the store to negotiate ourselves, and they replaced it with a RAV4.
The pickup experience was satisfactory, but during the drop-off, one staff member was providing service while another was idle and drinking water. Their process was quite confusing.
The staff had a good attitude. However, the gasoline car we booked was unavailable, and they gave us a Volkswagen electric car instead. We've never driven an electric car in our home country, but the staff explained how to charge it. Overall, it was a good experience.
