The rental company said they would refund the deposit of 500 pounds after I returned the car, but I received a charge instead. It has been returned, but no refund yet. The rental company's service is fairly decent, and the rental and return process is relatively simple. However, they kept recommending additional insurance when I picked up the car, even though I had already purchased full coverage on the QEEQ platform. This was quite unpleasant.
