I hadn't even gone yet, but the rental company said not to come and refused to rent me a car. The rental platform didn’t clearly specify the required conditions. The rental company required the IDP's entry and exit records, but the rental platform wouldn’t refund, even though the rental company said they could. In the end, I couldn’t use the car and was charged the full amount.
The selected car model was not available without prior notice. The replacement car was in poor condition, with noticeable noise and insufficient air conditioning cooling.
My daughter's phone was left in the car, and we only realized after arriving at the airport. The owner immediately arranged for a driver to deliver it to us. Very grateful.
